Rather than offering a menu of planning packages, we've chosen to focus exclusively on comprehensive planning and design. This allows us to be fully invested in every aspect of your wedding from venue selection and budget strategy to design, production, guest experience, and seamless event-day execution.

Signature Planning & Design

Signature Planning & Design includes all of the planning, creative direction and event management. Experience the luxury of personalized attention from engagement to the I do’s.  From vendor selections to the meticulous execution of your grande day, our team will be there every step of the way, ensuring your celebration unfolds with the elegance and poise befitting of your love story.

What is the Investment for the Signature Planning & Design package?

For our Signature Planning & Design package, we operate with a flat rate proposal minimum and a production fee.  

The flat rate proposal minimum is based on the scope of work established in the initial consultation. 

The production fee is based on budget, excluding attire and room blocks, when actual spend is over and above the original budget.  The production fee is only applied to the overages.

We like this model because it gives you the peace of mind to know that we have your back no matter how your wedding evolves, and we will be compensated for the work we do. One of the first things we will do together is create a custom budget and you will always have access to the spreadsheet through our Client Portal so you can see where you stand with all of your vendors as well as our fee!

The average couple investing in our Signature Planning & Design experience can expect a starting investment of $19,750 for their wedding day.

Celebrations that include a custom tented venue, private estate, or multiple days of events, such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, or guest experiences, typically require a greater level of planning, design, production, and logistical coordination. As a result, these celebrations are quoted individually based on the scope of the experience.

Following our initial consultation, we'll prepare a custom proposal tailored to your vision, guest count, venue, and overall celebration, ensuring your investment reflects the level of service and expertise your wedding deserves.
